Our office participates in several insurance programs. For patients who have little or no behavioral health insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
No Insurance
For patients who have little or no insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have behavioral health benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Wabi Sabi provides cash pay discounts and has a sliding fee scale option as well.
Sliding Fee Discount Program
It is the policy of Wabi Sabi BHC to provide essential services regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. Wabi Sabi BHC offers discounts based on family size and annual income. Please complete the following information and return it to the front desk to determine if you or members of your family are eligible for a discount. The discount will apply to all services received at this clinic, but not those services or equipment purchased from outside, including reference laboratory testing, drugs, and other such services. You must complete this form every 12 months or if your financial situation changes.
